Fordi mediernes brands stadig er stærke, vil de måske kunne leve af andre indtægter og vil kunne finansiere driften af medievirksomheden med penge, der er tjent på salget af cykelhjelme – eller noget helt andet.

En engelsk undersøgelse viser, at ejere af iPhones er mere end normalt parate til at betale for indhold.
